One of the largest edits I think was suggested was just an overall clean up of the story-line to make it a bit clearer what Ma Elizabeth was trying to say and make it a bit easier as an audience to follow along with her narrative. I think we can achieve this by maybe re-organizing the film so that it flows a bit better. I thinks there's still some lulls in the conversation that we can remove and a couple of scenes that just kind of confuse people in general.

Another edit that was suggested was a clean up of the transitions and maybe making the title sequences a tad easier to read/letting them linger for longer. I had these observations as well so I think it would be beneficial to us to maybe pay attention to our title sequences and cut out some of our less needed transitions.

One of the edits I think will be the hardest for us to accomplish is the cutting of my voice from the audio of the film that we have. I'd really like for it to be something that we accomplish because it kind of detracts from the video as a whole but I'm nervous to see how we could accomplish it.

The outside opinion that I gathered, oddly enough had a couple of the same edits as our peers. They expressed the concern of the transition speed and maybe adding subtitles to better understand. But a large edit they suggested was the adding of background information about the war in Liberia because they thought that people might not know as much about what happened there. Also, they suggested adding a bit more about higher ground in the end, because they thought Ma Elizabeth really lit up when she talked about it.
